I first met Brian Welsh as part of the Club hosting a Final Qualifying event for The Open Championship in 2013. Following a conversation Brian reviewed our telephony provisioning and after a full audit we decided to move all of our telecommunications to the MAC management platform. What a wonderful two weeks of sunshine and tennis. It's amazing how smoothly things go when the schedule is running to time. From the systems point of view, things wen I very well and, of course, the roll out of the telephones was a great success. Coming on the back of our December roll out, this was good news.

Thanks also for your help in pulling together the various cabling projects. There's still lots to do, so it will be interesting to see how we progress with our new people.
